Objective is we all need to work together!

        Last night I had a discussion with one of my business associates. We all look up to her. Working in a business for 10 years and achieving success one by one and being calm and humble. WOW I feel this is real super power. So here are some of my take away from her discussion.

    I realized business is a activity we do with people. Products and Services we have in any business are created by people, for people. People create it, people use it, people like it, people dislike it, people abuse it, people make fun of it or people make it the king of all the product and service in particular category.

    She said this to people who are doing business. The main objective is we all need to work together. When people get together they also bring a lot of joy, hate, love and a lot of emotions. And sometimes on the journey of Entrepreneurship because they hate someone, they love someone, they dislike someone, they don't like to talk to some people these things create unnecessary situations.

    Business needs millionaire mentality. So stop complaining and talking about people and their good and bad aspects. Lets agree on this thing that we all need to work together in order to serve millions and millions of people. So no matter how someone is looking, how someone is behaving, untill he is doing his work well just focus on his work and ignore all the other things of his life.
