I am not saying different marketing strategies don't work I feel traditional marketing is the only thing that can teach you skills like objection handling and closing the deal.

For all the people who are not familiar with these 2 terms called objection handling and closing, let me help you understand them in a simple way. When someone asks you questions about your products and services and you handle them by giving valid answers is known as objection handling and after this question-answer discussion when they finally buy it from you it's a closing deal of the day. You closed your deal by helping a person to take the decision of buying your product.
In the 21st century When we say the word marketing only one thing pops up in your mind, and in everybody's mind which is digital marketing or social media marketing. You are not alone, Statistics show that currently there are 3.78 billion social media users which is equal to 48% of the global population. Because of such a huge number of users sometimes people get into the misconception that only Digital Marketing works. But the truth is you have to make your marketing technique work.
So if you learn the art of marketing by not taking any experience in traditional marketing methods you will have a tough time handling objections and closing people. You might generate a good amount of leads but you will face a thought time handling them.
So today I am going to share a few traditional ways of marketing in this new era. There are plenty of opportunities to gain leads by using tried and tested marketing methods.
Here are several traditional marketing ways that still get a high return on your time and money investment and help you learn the basics. Try it out.
Talking over a call -
Client communication can help you build a huge brand. Always tell one thing yourself, "my next lead is just a phone call away." Rather than sending a WhatsApp, give your client a call about a new service or information that may help them solve a problem or to save money. They will appreciate the call if it's done in the right way.
Direct Mail -
I feel writing an email to somebody is a new way of writing a postcard. In the early days, we use to send postcards to our friends and relatives. But I know some of my friends who may miss our WhatsApp or text messages but they will go through their email daily. Personally, I like to read creative marketing emails. Print Media -
For this method, you have to put in some money but you will get results if the content is eye-catching. It includes magazines, and newsletters. If you are not comfortable handing pamphlets out, put your pamphlets on an entrance/exit table and collect the extras when you leave.
Networking -
My favourite, whether in person or virtually, networking is still a great way to generate leads. Every businessman has to be a networker by heart in order to learn from other businesses. In the world of core sales, it is called prospecting. Earlier people use to go out and look for gold to do prospecting for gold.
Prospecting is one of the highest-paid skills in the world. Because it will help you build a relationship with your probable buyer which is highly appreciated in every business.
